I've been developing my earlier ideas about understanding code into a design for an interface. Here are some sketches of wireframes for the software. By my next presentation (during the week of the 19th of February), I plan to evolve these sketches into a complete design.

I was in London this weekend to help Massimo, David, and Marcus teach another Arduino workshop. It was an early flight out on Saturday morning, two busy days of electronics and programming, and then a really early flight back to Milan on Monday morning. Not a bad way to spend the weekend, though it's always a bit difficult to watch people struggling with software you've written. Ah well, progress, though slow, continues.

Arduino in Madrid

The reason I was in Madrid: a workshop introducing artists to physical computing and electronics, using the Arduino platform. That's David Cuartielles lecturing, with a huge printout of the Arduino PCB layout on the wall behind him.

After the workshop, I got to spend a few days with David in his hometown of Zaragosa, enjoying the huge festival that is Pilar.
